ATEK MAKINA 5400 is a high-precision disc straightening stand designed for the restoration of alloy wheels with a diameter of 10 to 24 inches. Thanks to the electro-hydraulic drive and longitudinal turning cutter, the equipment provides maximum accuracy and efficiency of work.
Disc straightening is carried out using a hydraulic press, which creates a controlled force on the deformed area from the opposite side, restoring the original geometry of the wheel.
Disc shape control is performed using a mobile magnetic indicator ruler, which provides accurate basing from any surface of the stand.
